This 3-week course aims to educate and empower birth-givers and their designated support person as they prepare for the experiences of labor and delivery. Topics include: - Changes and Stages of Pregnancy - Signs and Progression of Labor - Comfort Strategies and Techniques - Feeding: Breast and/or Bottle Basics - Birth Preferences and Planning - Postpartum Care for Adult and Baby Classes for this series are two (2) hours long, held once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks.
